Why do some people use capital letters for every word? :S Rare as it is i think its more annoying than people who use caps for everything, mainly because i have no idea why youd do it.

Seriously, if anyone knows then please tell me... is it some internet thing im missing out on or just people who dont have english as their first language making mistakes?

actually now that u mention it, im wondering the same thing. I thought at first that there must be a script/prog that automates the first letter capitalized thing. But if hes manually pressing the shift key for every word, i dont see the point.
