Looking for 4 Stars Tracker, Have much to offer!

im looking for a 4 - 4.5 star tracker I have quite a lot to offer:
2 Stars:
TL, Demonoid, TD, ST, SCC, Elbitz.
3 Stars:
rSR, TB, BitMe.
3.5 Stars:
FL.
I dont want to spend all of them but offer :P

Not enough to get a 4 - 4.5 star tracker!! :P

...maybe in a month or two , when rsr will be rare again, since they have open signups atm...
