Does FST have in place an ISP scanner to stop people from having multiple accs? There has been a few times I have wondered if some of the scammers simply change names. :cool:
I would think that 1 acc per isp address would weed out alot of the people who want to scam invites.

btw, some users here at FST have said that they own more than one account, but i don't know if they use them with same IP...

30 Day waiting is enough to deter heaps of scammers away from this site.
I personally think that you can create as much accounts as you want.
In case you scam anybody, all your accounts will be banned.
But the "1 acc per isp address" does not work, most ISPs have more than 1 user here... ;-)
And also 1 acc per IP does not work, a lot of users have dynamic IPs.
But i fully agree, one acc per user should be enough though.
