You can find a LOT on oink.. Besides oink , there's iplay.metal here : http://metal.iplay.ro/signup.php which is slowly growing.. Most new metal releases can also be found on regural 0 music day such as filemp3 which is usually open for sign up.. If you still don't find what you're looking for, there's a bunch of really good DC++ hubs ..
Oink has mostly non scene...filemp3 vipmusic have metal scene releases general trackers also have mainstream metal and of course metal.iplay.ro :01: all kinds of metal mostly scene and some home made packs

I only know metal maniacs.
The one I use the most is metalmayhem.no-ip.org .. I usually find everything I need there.. I don't know how it is compared to the one you already mentioned but I suggest you go and check it out!!
I've always gotten a lot of my metal off kerrazy-torrents. That's a forum based site though.
they have some nice quality stuff there but they're only home made no scene releases
