Azureus question regarding Nat/ Firewall test

When I do the Nat/Fiewall test I get this response:

Testing port 30714 ...
NAT ERROR - Connection to 202.7.176.133 : 30714 refused

What does this mean?

I am downloading at a rate that varies between 10 k/Bs and 20 k/Bs. Not very fast how to I go faster?

The icon next to NAT OK is green.

Any thoughts please

The port number should be in the range 49152 through 65535.

green light means you're connectable i think.
