Canadiaian Motorists OWNED by snow
Just watched the 6 o'clock news, and basically this is what happened:
-over 700 crashes today on roads in the GTA area.
-36 serious crashes.
-1 tanker carrying liquid oxygen flipped over on highway 400, and the highway's closed both ways. All the cars are stranded and many of them since 2 pm today.
-Worst of all, highway will remain close for at least another 8 hours, many people got off their cars and walked to nearby coffee shops:D
PWNed.

Later, this is too recent. No pics yet. I just saw it on TV.

I really don't get it. This is hardly a Canadian storm. Very light imo. Toronto doesn't seem to be able to deal with it very well.

Every time they say it's a "storm" when most of the time it aint shit. And when it snows it's all over the news like wildfire. Pretty annoying imo.
Re: Canadiaian Motorists OWNED by snow
I saw footage of Oklahoma and it's pretty fucked up.
This is still all weird when today I went to work with a short sleeve t-shirt and no jacket on.
The storm looked like it was moving this way but the dopplar shows it dissipating to just a cold front and possibly rain.
Whew!
As a matter of fact, it's midnight and 64 degrees right now.
Now they've tomorrow at 48 and then 34 for Wednesday.
