Oink is for general music, while metal.iplay.ro is for metal. metal.iplay.ro is spun off of iPlay.ro, while Oink is affiliated with MusicVids (afaik).

Yeah, I know. It's just that the people who did iplay.ro also did metal.iplay.ro. My comment about that had really no relevance to content of the tracker.
