I haven't used it myself, but myspleen is a good one for cartoons.

Depends on the cartoons you're looking for, cartoons are not that well catered for unlike anime, myspleen has some but only certain things.

I would say Demonoid is probably the best for cartoons that i can think of, it may be worth searching around on irc too.

I've tried Myspleen, but BitmeTV carries pretty much the same stuff and more.
Myspleen is brutal for building a ratio. I will stick with BitmeTV.

Its not hard to build ratio there is it? I remmeber having an account there which i gave away to someone but i had 2:1 ratio!!!!! Also i used no server at that time.:D :D :D

myspleen would be my choice as well. I am not into the toons too much so I rarely use my account. Big selection on there, you should be able to find any toon you want. Good luck!
