Got problems with ISP throttling?

My isp just recently started throttling and someone in a different forum mentioned this client. Its written in chinese, but it bypasses throttling.

I'm downloading right now, with utorrent its like 30kb/s, with Tuotu its going at 300kb/s!!

The only bad thing is its in chinese, but it downloads so i personally dont care.

I figure the more people who use it the better our speeds get, but my speeds seem fine all by itself so who knows.
