Please confirm this if you have this same problem....it is me and 5 of my friends who have this problem-- download speed is very unstable and slow-- before jan 31/07 i was downloading with full speed (800KB/S)- in past 5 days no matter what torrents i try ,i would not get donload speed over 40KB/s
