My question is about if those are good enough.
Will the 350W power the first computer very well?
Will the 460W power the second computer very well?
I want to make sure these power supplies will provide all the power needed for these PCs to run well.

Not all 350W PSUs are equal.
Not all 460W PSUs are equal.
Provide makes and models please.
It's always a good idea to get something a bit more powerful than you actually need. Less chance of overload and room for expansion or upgrades. Stability is important too.
Are the 2 computers in some sort of specialty microATX case?

They are not in any special case.
I actually don't understand why all the cases that I find have the brand name of the case company on it. It makes it hard to sell as your own computer.
The only company that I found was Linkworkd and In-Win.
Linkworld does not have any products on their website, so I cannot rely on their products.
In-Win has a very good website.
But their
MicroATX case and ATX cases only come with a 350W power supply.
Their largest power supply is 460W
So here is the dillema. The company with nice cases with no brand name on them have power supplies that might be too low.
In-Win is actually the only company I know that does not put a logo on the case other than Linkworld which has a bad website.
The companies with with good case/ power supply combos have their brand name on the case, and therefore, cannot be used.

The specs for those PSUs look ok for your intended use, but I can't claim to have any knowledge of the brand or their reliability.
Judging from their price alone, I would have to suspect that they are at the lower end of the quality line. Considering that the PSU can potentially blow every piece of electrical/electronic equipment in the case, I'd look for something of a little higher quality.
There are also plenty of cases with no logos, both with and without PSUs. In any event, what's wrong with a branded case? Any well known pc maker will put their own name on the case, the lack of such a brand name immediately highlights the fact that you put it together yourself.
No-one is likely to believe you built the actual case yourself, so I don't see why you need an unbranded case. On the contrary, a branded case from a well known supplier shows that you cared enough to get a case from someone who is proud of their reputation.

I find that the brand on the case can be misleading to customers thinking that is the brand of the builder of the computer.
As the builder of the computer, you probably would not want to claim that you are part of that company.
Nor would you probably want to represent yourself as part of the company.
I case with no logo on it can be a good thing or a bad thing. It does show that the case was made by a good company. But it can also be mislead the customer.
In-Win is the only single company I know that sells cases with no logo, and has a website to back up their product line. Many other companies even Rosewill, Spire, Apevia/Aspire, Powmax, Enermax, Thermaltake, Antec all have their logo on the case.
