Help To Watch Matrix On Player

Hi,I recently d/l Matrix 2,the centropy file 155MB first file. But when I try to play it on my DIVX Player, this msg appears (click link)

So I am bit unsure on what codec I need or perhaps I am playin the wrong player. I have DIVX 2.1

This probably sounds like a really amateur question,but thats what I am really, any help much appreciated.
