My bitmetv account is disabled

My bitmetv account was parked. After (i can say 3 weeks), i tried to login. I had forgotten my pass. I tried the pass recovery. But no password rest mail did i get. Finally, i tried the common passwords i use, and at the 3rd or 4th attempt, i could login. Then i clicked on download a torrent, the login page again came. I typed the id and pass, and it says 'this account has been disabled'. Is there anyway, i can receover my account?
