DVD playback in PS2= snow/fuzz in picture

I noticed when watching DVD-R's in my PS2 theres a lot of snow/fuzz in the picture. How can i fix that? :blink:

Might as well just get an actual dvd player, I don't play much video games anymore.

Do the games also look fuzzy?
