How do i get microsoft outlook 2k3 to start automatically w/ windows?

there's nothing in the options. can i edit something in the registry?

if you have XP, copy a shortcut to
C:\Documents and Settings\<UserNameHere>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Options ? Tools/Options/Mail Setup: Send/Receive :Send immediately when connected.
