maybe he downloaded the torrent from another tracker and uploaded it there.
or maybe he is a cheater and your account will get screwed, you never can tell who will cheat these days.

Maybe he found an identical pack from another torrent site and decided to upload at *** as well?

Maybe he is already has the files he downloaded from friend's account and just seeding to yours using your passkey.

if he is seeding on his seedbox did you get a screenshot of him doing this or not.
