Accounts not traded??

hello... just wondering which accounts are not allowed to be traded ???
and what is the result of a trade>> (ban ip, disable account)

no it doesnt, genius. not allowed to trade means it can't be traded here at fst. staff here dont stop you from trading fsc but they will stop you from trading WB. there is a difference. congratulations on trying make me look dumb when you're actually wrong. oh, and if youre gonna say, "fsc doesnt allow account trading blah blah".
