software to protect my CD/DVD by a password

i want a program to protect my DVDs and CDs so only me can view and copy the disks
i will prefer free one

you are probably aware there is no unbreakable cd/dvd copy protection :)
if you really want to protect your media from copying read this as it might give you some idea what you must take into consideration.

if you only want to protect your data from prying eyes you might consider true crypt.you can make volume of any size (for example you can fit it on cd or dvd) than you mount it like virtual drive with password and/or keyfile and you work with your data. it employs best crypto and hash algorithms, and it's free. one app i'm always glad to recommend :)

Well, Roxio Easy CD Creator has that feature...
You can try WTM CD Protect or CryptCD too.
