I wouldn't trust any good account to anyone unless I really do know that person. Uploading is not as hard as some people think. Unless their upload connection is extremely slow vs their download they might have a hard time bringing their ratio up.
What is the reason for offering to seed for someone else? I would never give my account details to any site away
