How do you refresh

Do you F5,click the refresh icon,click the Lounge button or other.

theres a lounge button?

I mean the forum jump thing at the bottom of the page,it's got Go! next to it.

Refresh icon, very rarely use the F5 key.

My F5 button just opens up my music folder :unsure:
