Hi guys, My neighbour just came to my door and asked if I could help him. He has Vista Home Premium on an Acer base unit and when he booted up today a pop up came up from an icon on his system tray saying windows had detected a trojan Renos on his pc and to click here to get rid of it. at this point I made a sharp intake of breath and yes he clicked on it. Now constantly vista throws up a warning saying explorer has stopped working and gives two options to click on One to search the internet to find a solution the other to restart the program. Needless to say none of them work. Its over my head, do es anyone have any ideas?
