HElp in setting up a seedbox.

Hi guyz,
I and my friend r gonna share a seedbox.Its a private one.Not frm any company.It has windows server 2003 edition in italian.
He gave me an acct for access and i am not able to access the seedbox it gives me some kinda error.The images of the error r as follows.Can anyone pls help me.

when i enter pass it gives me this

maybe translate that to english and someone could help you.

See if the provider will reinstall Windows for you in English.

I don't know Italian, but Spanish definitely helps.

First Pic: Something like "Change your password for initial access"

Eh, I have no clue about the other two, can only pick out pieces. Go to Google's translator.

The first window says "to change the password to the first access"

Are you sure you have the correct domain typed in when you try to change the password?

HE said there is no need for a domain.
