I have been unable to log in to that tracker for sometime, they display a page in bulgarian "i think" that i am unable to translate, so is it shut down or just having some technical problems, if u have any info, please do share it ........thanks

The Bulgarian GDBOP (General department for fight with organized criminal) closed this site before few weeks, may be a month.
