i think the staff on pt give them out when ever they feel like it
TT has disabled invs until userbase falls
FB When promoted to a member, you get one invite. For more invites, one has to request (send a PM to the invite dealer) for one.
PT - Staff Issued
at pt the staff handles them out 2-3x/year, no request for more
at tt upon promotion i got 4 invites <currently they're disabled>
for tt..
You need to be a power user
Been a member for at least 8 weeks
Not had invites removed for inviting a cheater
and you would request them by pm to admin / mod on the tracker.

in FB when your upload reach 15 GB you can request 1 invite even if you are not a member then when you become a member you have another one then you can request invites as you like but you have to be sure of two things 1st your invites don't disabled 2nd you have to wait about 2 - 3 weeks between an invite and another
FB u request after one week and uploaded 20 gb I think
