I want please access to ST , account preferd even with bad ratio.

Does anyone know if ST gives invites weekly or just when you hit the next level?

I just gave my only invite away 2 days ago. Otherwise I would invite you.

only upon promotion, power user gets 1, ultra user gets 2, super user gets 3

only when you promote
