best client after utorrent and azureus?

my ISP are being FAWKING ASSHOLES!!! and changing my IP adress every 5 min while uTorrent is running. i wanna try and see whether changing my client will make a difference... i dont want to run azureus on my download computer since it takes so much resources, whats the best client after utorrent and azureus thats not banned from most trackers?

and yes, encryption is on. and i did call them and tell them to stop, they said, the problem is resolved but they're still doing it. Im on Bell Sympatico.

distro? im on Vista Ultimate 32bit and used winRar to extract...

You probably downloaded the source code.

I think BitComet.

bitcomet bitornado abc.... lots of other nice clients...

i think there is not yet , utorrent is stable and secure.
