What site has the fastest releases?

What torrent site do you all think has scene releases the fastest?

At least for music, I've found that OINK does. but then again, I haven't been in all the great private trackers so i'm looking for opinions.

FTN is awesome. They have fast everything, but TV is specialty, usually pres are less than 1 min.
