cuz you joined the 25th of march, and it's the 24th of april. wait a few more hours and you will have your 30 days.

isnt march 31 days ?

A minimum post count is no longer a requirement.

Also, stating "one month" is just to make it easy. The actual time frame still needs to be 30 days though. After your 30 days are up, the system may take up to an hour to update your stats, so just be patient and you'll be in in no time. :)
