They're both nice sites.
shit is a hard choice,is a great work for 2 tracker, but..... scn, for pretimes.

SCN, more leechers (even though maybe because of freeleech & stuff), better layout (for me)
too early to compare...? both looks good.
I like the atmosphere at ScN better. The whole Mafia thing looks like it could be a lot of fun in the future. Also love how it's so easy to build ratio there.
RTS had those DDos problems which halted the site a bit, and maybe that is affecting my answer a bit. Don't know really. Guess first impressions say a whole lot.
