what do you mean you can not connect? utorrent wui? putty?
did you try to ping your server?
wait 20 minutes it will be back on, happened to me twice before. but you might need to run vnc and utorrent again after it's back

do not ping it probably won't respond anyway
this is just a temporary downtime it will be back in less than half hour.
no one can break into it it's very secure.
