BOD users - need ur advice

i want to replace my l33ware.Tend to get 1 BOD
i wanna know about :

1.the speed ? some say better than leeware.
2.the real " limit " per month ? 5TB ? if i get over 5TB , is there any change of being raid or checked ?
3.Do they allow "torrent " like l33ware do ?
4. Any advice u give to me :D

1. yes, its way better
2. there is no real limit. they check if they see constant high usage such as 60mbit and above.. there is no raid or police involved, they just don't want their servers used for torrents
