Well... I'm part of TL, FileList, FileMP3, BitSoup, OiNK, etc. All of them require at least 1MBit upload speed to become an uploader...
The thing is I have a lot to upload to these sites in the way of scene releases but none of them will allow me that access.
So, is there any private tracker that will let me be an uploader with a 50-55kb/s upload speed?
I love torrents and bitsoup let u upload with any speed as long 10gb upped(power user)
try sites like WB that let all their users upload. I feel more sites should do this to encourage people with rare stuff to contribute to the site.
Ok i'll try that. What about FtN? Do they let any user upload? I thougth I read or heard somewhere that they did.

Yeah, I never used Pisexy, I am not a member there but I don't think, from what I've read, that it's better than TL except the uploading thing.

Unfortunately i doubt you would be able to become an uploader at many of the scene sites. Try OiNK :) they let you upload with normal ISP home lines. See how you go there :P
Oh yeah, I'm part of OiNK and I upload all the time there. They are great for letting anyone upload... The scene sites should allow the rest of us to upload in my opinion.
Try demonoid. I don't think they have any speed requirements :lol:
