What is this game?

Hi, I remember playing this game a number of years ago (maybe 5 or more). I don't remember much I only ever played the demo, but what I do remember is:

- FPS
- Modern combat with 1 of the teams wearing blue
- Demo had 1 level set in the desert, possibly a capture the flag level
- The blue team spawned in this village in the desert
- There were these dune buggys, sorta like the ones on battlefield 2

I think it may have been developed by the guys who did quake or unreal, although looking on wiki I can't find the game.

I know it's not much to go on, but if you guys could find it I would really appreciate it. This has been bugging me for ages.
