which seedbox is the best for 35$ (or less)

i'm trying to find a good seebox.
i must be able to run uTorrent on it,
i thought about: http://corenetworks.net/dedicated,
and renting the Starter LE26.

what do you think?

any other suggestions?

i have never heard of anyone saying anything about there network speeds, if they are good or not, but the hardware seems to be good.

Make some friends who are interested in a server and double or triple up your money and you will get a decent server.
