Does anyone know of any kickass program that doesnt have any addware or spyware that is free and actually gets videos?
i got bearshare lite but i cant download and it keeps telling me to upgrade and thats getting annoying, i upgraded then i couldnt get anything at all so i went back to the previous version

BitTorrent is very good for video. There are multiple clients. Try utorrent:

utorrent is the best torrent client. It's the lightest torrent client.
There's also Shareaza if you were looking for Peer-To-Peer clients.
Utorent and azureus i very good and ofcourse no spyware or adware
