I use Utorrent client and it is usually only happens when games are downloading. It also happened with ABC client. When I try to bring up a webpage with internet explorer 7 it brings up the internet connection problem page. I was wondering if anyone could help me troubleshoot this problem.
maybe all your bandwidth is being taken up in, try limiting your dl speed in utorrent
try limiting the upload speed
when the upload is at max speed it's very hard to view the web pages
Should give CfosSpeed a try,its a traffic shaping app that works great with torrents.
