Go to goem IRC, I Believe they do give invites there
Go to their irc channel and ask for one on: #goem channel: irc.p2p-irc.net and show them some proof that you're a good seeder. That's how I got mine:)

Go to the IRC then give them some ratios from other trackers and you'll get an invite no problem from either one of the staff if they're around or one of the users that are lurking.
goem staff are quite kind. i got mine in no time. :D
