The Fast Way for Ratio Profs

hi guys
i am just wondering what is the fast way to post your ratio Profs (for trades,giveaways).
I am using the old way:
1.Prt Scr button on the keyboard to copy the webpage.
2.Copy to PHOTOSHOP.
3.cutting the account details line and blurring the user name .
4.upload to the internet (Imageshake etc.)
5.Post it.

Is there an easy way ?

Here's what I do (3 easy steps):

1) 1 button click saves a screenshot using Firefox plugin from
http://pearlcrescent.com/products/pagesaver/
2) Edit it in ImageAnalyzer if necessary
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/imageanalyzer.html
3) Post it to imageshack.us

use alt+prt sct ull need to edit less stuff :P
i think thats the only way

i just use the built in screen shot tool in windows vista, Snipping tool i think

old way rawk... :D

i think the way that you use is the easiest one, i use it too
