Get drunk or hurt yourself somewhere else to draw the pain away from your tooth.

depends what the pain is. I'd say go to the dentist, take a few pain killers. Also, to numb gums, put a clove where the pain is.

I am also in pain, a filling fell out and my wisdom tooth cracked...waiting to pay day.

I've made an appointment for the dentist. I suppose I'll call off work and molest the bottle of Bushmills, that I was saving for the wedding.
