hi people, how would i make use of the SFV file included inside some of the programs which i had download, what is it and how am i to use it to burn to a CD with the files along in that folder, that has that SFV file

I wouldn't worry too much about the SFV - it is a file check to see if all the files are OK. You can use programs like ease SFV creator.
