I have decided to repent for my sins.

I'm now temporarily working at Customer Service at work (they 'loaned' me).
Which means that I more or less give everyone their money back :lol:

However...

if I get one more idiot phoning up to ask why they've not received a new card yet because the one they have now expires on Saturday (07/07), my head will actually explode :angry:
