Well, there's little else if you're asking for dedicated trackers because the best has already been mentioned. However, some other trackers are widening their horizons and offer as much as their own categories for highdef content.
TvTorrents.com offers some 720p content (even season packs for i.e. 24 S06)
RevolutionTT has its own TV-HR and TV-x264 categories
TorrentLeech has listed a few 720p releases in their Episodes/TV category
This list can probably be continued further but those are at least some trackers I know of offering some kind of highdef tv-rips.
