For some reason all my files are very pixelated and choppy, and this carries over if I burn them to a DVD.
I've tried updating codecs etc but that hasn't helped.
When scrolling up and down web pages it isn't smooth either and has a sort of ripple effect if thats related in any way.
Has anyone any ideas?
