question about high level trackers

it have got an high level tracker. my ip is dynamic this mean that every few days it changes. should it cause a problem like getting banned?

i'm mostly talking about:

TT
SCT
FTN
F***

no problem, most places only worry if its a country IP change (dynamic ip's dont do this)

and can i change email without getting banned?

you can change email at sct and TT for sure.
not sure about the others though, sry.
