Now put that scenario in Windows ME and he would be on the streets saying can you spare some change?

If Bill Gates were to find a $1000 bill on the groung, assuming it would take 4 seconds to see it, stop, bend down, pick it up & put it in his pocket, it wouldn't be worth his while. He earns more than that doing nothing ;)
