What are good sites for downloading Videos in IPod format? I am looking for TV stuff mostly, but also for movies...

If the sites you find don't have a lot of stuff there you can always use a converter like cucusoft. Its free :D

i usually encode the videos myself.. but i sometime snatch some torrents here http://www.podtropolis.com/ - it's public tho
