BlackCats promotion system

Does anyone know what HnR points are? Never heard about this:)

It's a similar system. Basically anything seeded under .8 is considered a hit n run. If you hit n run a torrent, you get a point. Points lead up to only being able to download one torrent at a time and eventually disabling your account top upload only status.
