Can .rm (real) Files Be Converted To Vcd/avi?

As topic says, can .RM (RealMedia) files be converted into SVCD, VCD, AVI, or any other format?

not legally, no. Real Networks are very protective of their format and they don't want any other programs to encode or decode Real media.

there was a program that could decode realaudio to wav, but it was discontinued. so if there are any such programs around, they are probably not legal.
