Auto Downloads & Starting of Torrents

Is there a good guide somewhere I can read up on and follow?

I have firefox & utorrent, no matter how hard I try, I cannot get them to get going within utorrent on a new torrent appearing at site xx etc.

So is there a better way to set RSS things up?

And utorrent doesn't allow a Configurable update interval yet :(

So I would want to Auto download new torrents (all torrents if need be - at least I can work from that) from tracker site to xx place on hard disk? As utorrent is easy enough to get it to watch directory xx on the hard disk, and it then loads into the client & starts downloading.
