Does anyone know if these accts can be traded/given?

I would like to know, just because no specific reason :rolleyes:, if it's allowable, by each tracker, or not, to be able to give/trade the accts below? All would have some sort of buffer, and would be in good standing.

Tophos = Definate no to trade.

i guess almost all of these trackers won't care if u trade the acc or not except (Tophos & The Place)

Now i would think just the opposite. I can not imagine any of the trackers saying, "go ahead and trade your account"

I know for sure now not to. I tried finding info in forums, etc, but know FST is very well moderated, so I ask openly, to get the right answer. ty
